WAVEMOTION
Terms of Service
Last updated October 4, 2026. These terms are between you and Above the Hill Developments (“ATH”, “we”), which operates Wavemotion. Questions: dhill5711@gmail.com.
The service
Wavemotion lets you upload your work, decide where and when it moves, connect your own accounts on other platforms, and publish to them on your behalf within the limits you set. Features that depend on a platform work only while that platform allows them.
Your account and connected accounts
- You sign in with your own Google account and are responsible for activity in your workspace.
- When you connect an account on another platform, you authorize Wavemotion to act for that account only within the permissions you approve on that platform’s consent screen. You can disconnect at any time.
- You must follow each platform’s own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service when you publish to YouTube.
Your content and rights
- You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to store, process, and publish it only to provide the service you request.
- You confirm you own or control the rights to everything you upload and publish, including music, likenesses, and footage. Wavemotion records your rights attestation and will not move content you have not approved.
- Do not use Wavemotion for spam, deceptive or unlawful content, or to post to accounts you are not authorized to control.
Automation
Automated posting happens only in the modes and limits you choose (for example an Autopilot contract with named accounts, a post limit, and an expiry), and you can stop it at any time. You remain responsible for what is published.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Wavemotion reliable, but it is provided “as is”. Platforms may change or limit their services, and we may change features. We will give notice of material changes to these terms.
Ending
You can stop using Wavemotion and export your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or a platform’s rules.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions a third-party platform takes on your account.
